基于《住宅住宿事业法》、《国家战略特别区域法》及《旅馆业法》的旅馆与民宿业务的经营及运营管理。

住宿设施的运营、管理及清扫业务的受托。

住宿设施网站的策划、制作、运营及多语言支持。

面向外国游客的翻译、口译业务及社交媒体（SNS）推广业务。

关于地区活性化及旅游振兴的策划与咨询业务。

房地产的买卖、交换、租赁、管理、中介及咨询业务。

Management Policy

　KOHARU HOUSE FOR TOURISTS LLC was established on November 19, 2025. Our mission is to provide comfortable accommodations for inbound travelers and business professionals. We are dedicated to the spirit of "Omotenashi" (Japanese hospitality), aiming to preserve and pass on Japanese traditions and culture to future generations. By increasing global awareness of these values, we strive to further expand inbound tourism demand.

Business Activities

Management and operation of hotels and guesthouses under the Residential Accommodation Business Act, the Act on National Strategic Special Zones, and the Hotel Business Act.
Consignment of management, operations, and cleaning services for accommodation facilities.
Planning, production, and operation of websites for accommodation facilities, including multilingual support.
Translation, interpretation, and SNS promotional services for foreign tourists.
Planning and consulting services for regional revitalization and tourism promotion.
Real estate transactions, exchange, leasing, management, brokerage, and consulting services.
All businesses incidental and related to the preceding items.

　小さな物語 : 「心春」経営ファミリーの歴史(Family History)

　私たちの家族は日本国の香川県で始まりました。今から約400年前、17世紀の初頭に初代当主(1649年没)が当時の政府から「前川」の姓を貰い受け、名字・帯刀を許された家系として現在に至っています。この間脈々と日本のおもてなしの精神、日本独特の伝統・文化を守り続けてきました。この良き日本の伝統・文化、おもてなしの精神を海外の人々にも知っていただくことを目的として、特区民泊「心春」(KOHARU)を開業することにいたしました。従いまして、ただ単なる宿泊施設ではなく、日本の文化を残しながらの施設になっていますので、インバウンドの旅行者・出張者の方々にゆったりと、短期でも長期滞在でもゆったりと寛いで頂ける設備を整えています。私たちの宿泊施設で少しでも日本の伝統・文化を知っていただき、帰国された際に再び訪れたい日本としてご友人方々に日本国の良さを伝えていただければ、私たちの目的は達成されたことになります。

　Our family’s journey began in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan. Approximately 400 years ago, in the early 17th century, our first-generation patriarch (who passed away in 1649) was granted the surname "Maekawa" by the government of the time. Since then, our lineage has continued to the present day as a family permitted the right to bear a surname and wear swords (myoji-taito). Throughout this long history, we have steadfastly preserved the spirit of Japanese omotenashi (hospitality) and our unique traditions and culture. With the goal of sharing these beautiful Japanese traditions and the essence of hospitality with people from around the world, we decided to open "Koharu" (a Special Zone private lodging). As such, this is not merely a place to stay, but a facility designed to keep Japanese culture alive. We have prepared our amenities to ensure that inbound travelers and business guests can relax comfortably, whether for a short visit or a long-term stay. If you are able to experience even a glimpse of Japanese tradition and culture at our establishment, and upon returning home, share the wonders of Japan with your friends so that they too wish to visit, then our mission will have been truly fulfilled.

　我们的家族起源于日本香川县。距今约400年前的17世纪初，初代家主（卒于1649年）被当时的政府赐予“前川”姓氏，作为被允许“苗字带刀”（拥有姓氏和佩刀权力）的家系，一直延续至今。在此期间，我们代代相传，始终守护着日本的款待精神（Omotenashi）以及日本独特的传统与文化。为了让海外人士也能了解这种优秀的日本传统、文化以及款待精神，我们决定开设特区民泊“心春”（KOHARU）。因此，这里不仅仅是一处住宿设施，更是一个保留了日本文化精髓的空间。我们配备了完善的设施，旨在让入境游客和商务人士无论是短期还是长期居住，都能感受到悠然自得的舒适体验。如果您能在我们的设施中感受到哪怕一点点日本的传统与文化，并在回国后向亲友传达日本的魅力，使日本成为他们向往的旅游目的地，那么我们的目的也就达成了。
